Nathan C. Sanders joined Neal & Harwell in 2016. His practice is focused on appellate matters, civil litigation and white-collar criminal cases. He also devotes a substantial portion of his practice to pro bono matters. Nathan is named a 2018 Attorney for Justice and 2019 Attorney for Justice by the Tennessee Supreme Court.
Prior to joining Neal & Harwell, Nathan was an associate with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York, where he assisted with commercial and securities litigation disputes and served as pro bono counsel to clients involved in immigration and housing court matters.
Nathan graduated Order of Coif and earned his J.D. at Vanderbilt University Law School in 2013. Following graduation, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Karen LeCraft Henderson of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
Nathan is originally from Nashville and his wife, Rachel, is the co-founder of a start-up company based in town.
