Erik Lybeck’s practice focuses on complex litigation and white-collar criminal law. He has represented large corporations and businesses as well as high-profile individuals in a variety of litigation disputes in both state and federal courts.
Erik earned his J.D. and Order of the Coif at Vanderbilt University Law School. During law school, he received the Lightfoot, Franklin & Wright Best Brief Award and was managing director of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
Erik graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in English from the University of South Carolina, Honors College in Columbia, South Carolina.
