Arrin Richards is an attorney in our transactional group and represents a range of corporate and individual clients. His practice focuses on commercial transactions, bankruptcy, commercial real estate, estate planning and civil litigation. Within these fields, he assists clients with a variety of legal issues, including complicated commercial disputes, commercial lending matters, mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions.
Before joining Neal & Harwell, Arrin worked in the Office of the General Counsel at Vanderbilt University as Assistant General Counsel. Arrin previously served as a Board Member of the Nashville Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. He is past President of the Napier-Looby Bar Association and currently serves on its Board of Directors.
Arrin received his JD from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he served on the executive board of the Black Law Students Association. He earned a B.A. in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration from Morehouse College.
Arrin’s service extends beyond the legal profession as he currently serves on the Board of Moves & Grooves Inc. and previously served on the Young Professionals Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee. He is also a member of the 100 Black Men of Middle Tennessee which provides resources to further the academic and social development of young black males in Middle Tennessee.
