Robert A. Peal is a fixer. He enjoys a diverse practice focused on advising clients through a variety of problems. His practice focuses on complex litigation, and he handles both criminal defense and civil trials. Rob’s experience includes representing clients in white-collar criminal defense, aviation-related litigation, entertainment litigation, and products liability lawsuits. He is part of Neal & Harwell’s crisis management team, where he can apply his litigation experience, military security and intelligence background, and strong grasp of mathematics or engineering to help clients of all sizes through whatever existential threat they may face.
Prior to joining Neal & Harwell, Mr. Peal served in the U.S. Marine Corps, first flying the F/A-18D as a flight officer, followed by service as a Judge Advocate senior prosecutor and law center director. While on duty, Mr. Peal deployed three times and saw combat in Operations Southern Watch, Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan), and Iraqi Freedom.
