Lisa Paige Binder has been a member of the firm since 2007. In addition to having a wide range of experience in litigation, she is certified as a Rule 31 Mediator. She focuses her practice on both civil and criminal litigation, with a concentration in family law, including prenuptial agreements, divorce, child custody and family law mediation. Ms. Binder also assists artists through the nuances of division of assets including royalties, writer’s rights and residuals.

During her career, Ms. Binder has participated in more than 25 jury trials and in excess of 100 domestic trials. She has successfully defended state and federal prosecutions, obtained multimillion-dollar personal injury jury verdicts and maneuvered hundreds of domestic clients through the trials and tribulations of separation and divorce.

Lisa’s personal interests include art and music.
