John E. Haubenreich joined Neal & Harwell in 2010. His practice is concentrated on civil and criminal litigation. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee.
Prior to joining Neal & Harwell, Mr. Haubenreich was a Teach for America corps member and taught English at Barringer High School in Newark, New Jersey.
Mr. Haubenreich is a 2004 graduate of Duke University with a B.A. in political science and English and a minor in Russian language and literature. In 2010, he received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law, and an M.P.P. from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College. During his time at Vanderbilt University, he served as a research assistant for Dean Kevin Stack, participated as a volunteer and site coordinator for the Street Law program, and coached the Beech High School mock trial team. He also interned for a year at the Mayor’s Office of Children and Youth and remains interested in educational issues.
