Jeff H. Gibson

Jeff Gibson joined Neal & Harwell in 2008. His practice is concentrated on civil litigation, on both the plaintiff’s and defendant’s sides. Prior to joining Neal & Harwell, Mr. Gibson served as a law clerk for The Honorable Susan H. Black on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Jacksonville, Florida.

Mr. Gibson graduated from Furman University in 2002 with a B.A. degree in accounting. In 2007, he received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was inducted to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he spent a summer working for the attorney general of Guyana in South America. He also studied comparative law for a semester at the University of Oxford in England.

Mr. Gibson is admitted to practice in federal and state courts in Tennessee and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
