Elizabeth Tipping joined Neal & Harwell in 2003. She practices in the areas of white-collar crime and civil litigation. She is admitted to practice in Tennessee.
Ms. Tipping concentrates her practice on trial work and has successfully tried a number of jury and bench trials. She has experience in a wide range of litigation areas, including products liability, business litigation, personal injury, class action and other complex matters.
Ms. Tipping, a native of Ontario, Canada, received her undergraduate degree in music from Acadia University in Nova Scotia, Canada, in 2000. In 2003, she received her J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law, where she was named to the Order of the Coif and was a member of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
