Chanelle A. Johnson

Chanelle A. Johnson joined Neal & Harwell in 2011. Her practice is concentrated on criminal defense and civil litigation, with emphasis on False Claims Act. She is admitted to practice in Tennessee and Colorado, and before military courts-martial.

 

Prior to joining Neal & Harwell, Mrs. Johnson served as a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps for six years, during which she served as a chief prosecutor, ethics advisor and commanding officer. Before joining the military, Mrs. Johnson worked as a litigation associate with the Colorado firm Ogborn, Summerlin & Ogborn LLC.

 

Mrs. Johnson is a 2001 graduate of the University of Colorado, cum laude, with a B.S. degree in political science. In 2004, she received her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
