Blind Akrawi joined Neal & Harwell in 2011. His practice is concentrated on civil litigation.

Prior to joining Neal & Harwell, Mr. Akrawi was an assistant attorney general in the Civil Litigation and State Services Division of the Tennessee attorney general’s office from 2007 to 2011, and in the Criminal Justice Division from 2005 to 2007. Prior to joining the office of the Tennessee Attorney General, Mr. Akrawi was an assistant public defender, 22nd Judicial District, Columbia, Tennessee.  

Mr. Akrawi received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.  In 2003, he received his J.D. degree from the Vanderbilt University School of Law.
