Andrew Warth joined Neal & Harwell in 2011. His practice is concentrated on civil litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Prior to joining Neal & Harwell, Mr. Warth served as law clerk to The Honorable Aleta A. Trauger on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, in Nashville.

Mr. Warth graduated from Northwestern University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a minor in History. In 2006, he received his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law. Immediately following law school, Mr. Warth practiced with Jones Day in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Warth is admitted to practice before the federal and state courts in Tennessee.
