General Litigation
Jonathan Wardle joined Neal & Harwell in 2006. His practice is concentrated on general litigation. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
Mr. Wardle received his undergraduate degree in Communications in 2003 from Brigham Young University. In 2006, he received his J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he was named to Order of the Coif and was an Associate Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
In the summer of 2004, Mr. Wardle was an extern for The Honorable Kenneth F. Ripple of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. While attending law school, he worked on an in-depth statistical analysis of habeas corpus review with Professor Nancy King. He was also a legal research assistant for Professor Mark Brandon.
He is conversant in Spanish.
