Thomas H. Dundon has been associated with Neal & Harwell since 1976. The majority of his practice is concentrated on white collar criminal defense.
Mr. Dundon has successfully defended aviation manufacturers in cases arising from fixed and rotary-wing aircraft accidents and been responsible for internal corporate investigations related to allegations of defense contractor fraud. He has participated in the successful defenses of cases involving political corruption, bank fraud and criminal tax fraud. His representation of plaintiffs in personal injury cases has resulted in a number of multi-million dollar judgments and settlements.
Mr. Dundon graduated from the College of William and Mary with a B.S. degree in psychology in 1973. In 1976, he received his J.D. degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary where he was a member of the William & Mary Law Review.
