Scott Ross joined Neal & Harwell in 1992. He has focused his practice on litigation including both trial and appellate work in state and federal courts. In addition to Tennessee state and federal courts, Mr. Ross is a member of the bar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth and Sixth Circuits.
His broad litigation experience includes products liability, class actions, mass torts, general business litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and utility litigation.
Mr. Ross is a 1987 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Bucknell University with a BA in Economics. He earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1991, where he was a member of the editorial board of the Law Review and Order of the Coif. From 1991 to 1992, he was law clerk for the Honorable Emory Widener, Jr., United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
