Marc T. McNamee joined Neal & Harwell in 1990. He has been listed Best Lawyers in America® since 1991 in the area of bankruptcy law, which is the primary area of his practice.

Mr. McNamee served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Justice William H. D. Fones on the Tennessee Supreme Court from 1979 through 1980. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Mr. McNamee is a graduate of the University of North Carolina with a B.A. in 1975. He earned his J.D. from the University of Tennessee School of Law in 1979, where he was the Editor in Chief of the Tennessee Law Review.
