Kendra E. Samson joined Neal & Harwell in 1997. She has focused her practice on general civil litigation and employment law.

She is admitted to practice in the state courts of Tennessee and Kentucky and the United States District Courts for the Middle District and Western Districts of Tennessee.

Ms. Samson received her B.A. in political science in 1989 and her M.A. in communication studies in 1990 from Marshall University, Huntington, West Virginia. In 1997, she received her J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law where she was named to the Order of the Coif and was a member of the Kentucky Law Journal and the National Moot Court Team.
